North Wales
Works include the underwater Piling to provide underpinning support for an existing property. For this scheme we had to Pile underwater and import and lay ‘underwater’ concrete using pumps.

St. Michaels Mount
Downderry
Cornwall
This new build scheme included cutting out of the existing rock to the cliff face to provide sufficient space for the construction of a new residential property. The works were complete on time and under budget.

Works for this new build development included extensive Pilings to provide sufficient foundation support to allow the works to proceed. The works were also complete on time and under budget.

Works for this new build development included cutting away existing rock from the face of the mountain to provide to provide sufficient space for the construction of a new residential property. In all cases Gabion supports were also introduced to provide additional structural support where required.
