Quality control
One of our principal quality aims is to achieve zero defects and high levels of customer satisfaction at each location.
A number of check points will be identified with an integrated inspection and audit trail to ensure that Allerton Structural Contractors Limited’s supervisors and client’s representatives have approved and signed off key stages of our works as they progress.
This drives quality throughout the project lifecycle and eliminates the need for expensive and unnecessary remedial work.
The time for testing and commissioning is also reduced due to this right first time approach.
SHEQ Non-Conformance/Non-Compliance Procedure
To enable the company to deliver a zero defect close-out and to ensure operative compliance to all Health and Safety and other duties on site we have introduced the SHEQ non-conformance procedure detailed below.
Although only a small company we do hold regular meetings either on site or at the company offices to ensure that we can formally discuss and report on matters that relate to the contract and to our responsibilities

- Programmes and Progress
- Health and Safety
- Environmental
- Quality
- Welfare
- Health Surveillance
- Non-Conformance
SHEQ Non-Conformance
We also have a non-conformance procedure to further ensure that our targets and objectives are met on time and to specification and with a healthy regards to the delivery of the contract objectives and expectations.
All complaints and non-conformances will take the following path to resolution:
- Complaint/Non-Conformance/Non-Compliance raised
- Company representative to visit site to establish the nature of the complaint
- Details recorded on non-conformance/complaint/non-compliance document
- Company representative begins investigation
- Resolution is immediate in relation to operative non-compliance
- Resolution to be achieved within 2 working days for non-conformance or complaint
- Where resolution cannot be achieved within 2 working days the matter is referred to the clients representative for further discussion with the originator of the complain
Non conformances will be further managed In accordance with our industry accreditations and we have a robust complaints procedure.
