The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that our policy is maintained and for guaranteeing its continuous effectiveness and success.

He will also ensure that action is taken to remedy any deficiencies in the arrangements or performance, which have been drawn to his attention, and will arrange for the annual review of this policy.

He will ensure that adequate financial resources are made available for implementation and ongoing development of this policy.
